At New Royal Art, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, our team is ready to assist you and ensure a swift resolution.
Return Policy:
At New Royal Art, each piece of artwork is custom-made specifically for your order, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strive to ensure every order meets the highest quality standards, and if you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of the new purchase.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for any product due to differences in design, size, or type. If you encounter any challenges related to sizing or product types, please visit our 'Our Products' page. This page provides detailed information to help you understand the available products and sizes.
Returned to Sender:
In the event an order is returned to us, you will need to place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Contact us afterward so we can arrange a refund for the product's price. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs.
Orders may be returned to us for the following reasons:
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the shipment may be returned. In such cases, we cannot be held liable. To place a new order with an updated address, you will bear the costs of the new order.
- Rejected by Recipient: If the recipient rejects the shipment, the order will be returned to us. Should you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the new order's cost.
- Unclaimed Orders: If a customer fails to claim the shipment from their local post office or carrier, the order may be returned. You will need to place a new order, and we will refund the product price while you cover the shipping.
Color Consistency:
At New Royal Art, we are committed to delivering high-quality prints by utilizing the same advanced printing machines, premium paper types, and consistent production processes as our trusted print partners. However, due to the intricate nature of the printing process, achieving 100% color consistency across all prints is not possible. Several factors can influence the final outcome of a print, including:
- Type and calibration of the printing machine
- Paper material used
- Ambient humidity during production
- Machine maintenance, including cleaning frequency
While minimal color variations may occur as a result of these factors, they are well within acceptable industry tolerance levels. These slight variations are considered standard and are not covered under our quality guarantee. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or replacements for minor color discrepancies.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective product, we will cover the cost of a replacement. Please contact us at support@newroyalart.com within 7 days of delivery. Only approved orders will be accepted for replacement. Make sure to send photos or details of the defective items. This includes:
- Damage to the delivered product
- Incorrect number or quantity of items delivered
- Issues with the quality of the delivered product
Order Cancellation or Modification:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@newroyalart.com as soon as possible. However, please note that if your order items have already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order.
Lost Orders:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us via email within 15 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate each case, track the order, and provide maximum assistance to ensure your satisfaction upon confirmation.
